- Communicating with workers, tracking attendance, and reporting any issues directly to the project manager.
- Monitoring site safety standards (we take this seriously) and checking that everyone follows guidelines.
- Coordinating delivery and storage of equipment and making sure tools are accounted for at the end of the day.
- Pitching in wherever needed—this is a hands-on team, and everyone helps out.
- Keeping basic site records, like daily logs and supply needs, so nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently inside the UAE, ready for a face-to-face interview and fast start.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and positive attitude—no formal experience needed!
- Willingness to learn and tackle a variety of onsite tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly with different team members.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety (full training provided).
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary starting from AED 4,000 to 5,000 — paid on time, always.
- Company-sponsored accommodation and transportation (no stressful commutes!).
- Two-year residency visa sponsored by us.
- 8-hour work days with a guaranteed day off each week to recharge.
- You’ll work with a tight-knit crew that looks out for each other.
- Solid stepping stone for anyone new to the UAE or starting out in construction—plenty of room to grow as your skills develop.
Joining our team means more than just a paycheck—it’s a chance to build your future, learn from supportive colleagues, and be part of a company that genuinely values commitment and effort. We can’t wait to meet our next Site Supervisor!
