What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily on-site activities for interior finishing and fit-out works—think partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, and wall cladding.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time (and match the spec).
- Checking quality and progress, solving issues on the fly, and keeping everyone on track—even when timelines get tight.
- Acting as the go-to person for site workers—giving direction, sharing feedback, and making sure safety standards are met.
- Reading and interpreting drawings so nothing gets lost in translation between design and execution.
- Reporting site progress to project managers and flagging any potential delays or snags early.
- Lending your expertise to restaurant, café, and other F&B space fit-outs—understanding the unique requirements of these fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience supervising interior fit-out and decoration projects, especially in restaurants, cafes, and F&B environments.
- Solid knowledge of finishing trades—partitions, ceilings, painting, wall cladding, and more.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong leadership skills—the kind that inspires respect and teamwork.
- UAE driving license (this isn’t negotiable).
- Currently on a transferable visa (visit visa holders, unfortunately, we can’t consider you).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with international concepts or high-end brands.
- Good spoken and written English (Arabic is a plus).
- Familiarity with fast-track project delivery.
