About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Step into a Foreman Role That Builds More Than Structures
Looking for your next hands-on leadership opportunity in Abu Dhabi’s ever-evolving skylines? As our new Foreman in Al Dhafra District, you’ll be at the very heart of turning vision into reality. If you thrive in dynamic sites, love rallying teams toward daily wins, and take pride in craftsmanship, this could be your next chapter. After all, there’s a special satisfaction in seeing a project rise day by day under your watchful eye.
About Us
We’re a local contracting and real estate development company known for commitment to quality—both in the buildings we create and the relationships we forge. Our team believes in rolling up sleeves, sharing ideas over site lunches, and celebrating small victories, whether that’s a perfectly finished wall or a crew learning something new. Growth is real here, both in the projects we take on and the people who lead them. You’ll find an open-minded atmosphere where foremen, engineers, and laborers work side-by-side to bring ambitious plans to life. (And yes, we admit it, there’s some friendly competition over who makes the best Arabic coffee in the break room.)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and organize daily activities of construction crews, ensuring work runs safely and smoothly
- Oversee building, finishing, and precast works—quality isn’t just a buzzword here
- Proactively follow up on all site operations and progress, keeping everyone on the same page
- Bridge communication between engineers and contractors, resolving hiccups before they slow anyone down
- Coordinate resources and schedules to keep tight project timelines on track
- Lead by example in site safety, instilling best practices as second nature
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a Foreman on construction projects—ideally something you’re proud to point to on your commute
- Working knowledge of building, finishing works, and precast construction methods
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, matched by the ability to motivate a diverse site team
- Comfortable with basic reporting and daily updates
- Team-oriented attitude and respectful communication, from site workers to senior engineers
Not sure you tick every box? Let’s start a conversation anyway—we’re always keen to meet driven site leaders.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive compensation and overtime opportunities
- Supportive team where recognition is given for a job well done
- Exposure to varied, challenging projects across the Al Dhafra District
- Opportunity to grow your career in both contracting and development sides of the business
- Safety-first culture and modern site equipment
- A workplace where your input shapes real results—and where teamwork feels real, not just a slogan
You won’t just supervise workers here; you’ll shape neighborhoods and leave a visible mark on Abu Dhabi’s skyline. If you’re ready to build something lasting (including your career), this could be your next great move.
