About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever considered putting your painting expertise to work in one of the world’s most dynamic cities? As our new Painting Foreman in Dubai, you’ll be at the heart of shaping high-profile projects and leading talented crews on site. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in transforming spaces with skill and precision, this opportunity offers the chance to make a visible impact — and join a forward-thinking team seeking quality above all else.

About the Company

Our company has carved out a reputation in Dubai’s competitive construction and fit-out market, not just for the impressive skyline we help build, but for the spirit that fuels our work. We balance ambition and efficiency with a genuine respect for craftsmanship — it’s not just about finishing a job, but about doing it right. Our team is a tapestry of nationalities, and we share more than just blueprints: think occasional team barbecues after long days and a real sense of accomplishment when a project comes together. Here, your skills are valued, your suggestions matter, and your growth isn’t just encouraged — it’s expected.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating and overseeing all on-site painting activities, from surface preparation to the final coat
  • Leading a diverse team of painters, ensuring quality standards and safety guidelines are always met
  • Liaising with supervisors and project managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Training new painters and sharing best practices to boost team efficiency
  • Maintaining equipment and inventory, and ensuring proper storage of paints and supplies
  • Troubleshooting any technical issues—whether it’s a stubborn stain or a scheduling snag
  • Conducting final inspections to ensure each project meets client expectations (and your own high standards)
  • Completing daily reports and communicating updates to management

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:
    • Currently based in Dubai (this is non-negotiable)
    • Demonstrated experience as a painting foreman or similar leadership role in painting works
    • Hands-on knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and surface prep
    • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a multicultural team
    • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability on-site
    • Good communication in English (additional languages welcome)
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Prior experience with large-scale commercial or residential projects in the UAE
    • Familiarity with health and safety standards specific to Dubai construction
    • A knack for mentoring junior team members

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and overtime pay for those longer days
  • Friendly, welcoming colleagues — many of whom started just like you and grew into senior roles
  • Opportunities for training and career advancement within a respected company
  • Project variety: from luxury residences to bustling commercial centers, no two weeks are quite the same
  • A supportive management team that values your expertise and ideas
  • Convenient location in Dubai, with sites accessible by public or company transport
  • Occasional team lunches and celebrations when we hit project milestones

At the end of the day, it’s not just about the paintwork — it’s about building something lasting together. If you’re eager for your next challenge in Dubai, we can’t wait to meet you.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Painting Foreman position in Dubai’s construction and fit-out sector, you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 5,000 to 7,000 AED, depending on your years of leadership experience and the types of projects you’ve handled. Similar roles in the UAE often include overtime pay and additional site-based allowances, so it’s a good idea to clarify the full compensation package when discussing offers. This range reflects both the technical responsibilities of the role and the added value you bring by managing a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
