What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and overseeing all on-site painting activities, from surface preparation to the final coat
- Leading a diverse team of painters, ensuring quality standards and safety guidelines are always met
- Liaising with supervisors and project managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Training new painters and sharing best practices to boost team efficiency
- Maintaining equipment and inventory, and ensuring proper storage of paints and supplies
- Troubleshooting any technical issues—whether it’s a stubborn stain or a scheduling snag
- Conducting final inspections to ensure each project meets client expectations (and your own high standards)
- Completing daily reports and communicating updates to management
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- Currently based in Dubai (this is non-negotiable)
- Demonstrated experience as a painting foreman or similar leadership role in painting works
- Hands-on knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and surface prep
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a multicultural team
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability on-site
- Good communication in English (additional languages welcome)
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience with large-scale commercial or residential projects in the UAE
- Familiarity with health and safety standards specific to Dubai construction
