What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising on-site waterproofing and insulation works, with a focus on membrane and combo systems.
- Leading and training your team, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are always met—no shortcuts.
- Coordinating daily site activities, from material delivery to job completion, keeping things on schedule.
- Troubleshooting technical issues, especially with roof and foundation insulation—your input will matter.
- Reporting progress and challenges to project managers, offering solutions, not just problems.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE construction and safety regulations.
- Occasionally liaising with clients or consultants—you’ll be the face of our reliability on the ground.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Hands-on experience with all types of waterproofing, especially membrane and combo systems.
- Strong working knowledge of both roof and foundation thermal insulation.
- Previous foreman or team lead experience in the construction or waterproofing sector.
- Practical, problem-solving mindset—able to make quick decisions and keep the team motivated.
- Comfortable communicating in English (and bonus points for other languages).
- Willingness to work across the UAE as required.
Nice-to-Haves
- Valid UAE driving license (this will really help with getting around to sites).
- Familiarity with local suppliers and construction practices.
- Basic computer or smartphone literacy for daily reporting.
