About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Do you have a knack for creating great first impressions, even on a Monday morning? We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who can set the tone from the moment someone walks through our doors in Business Bay, Dubai. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand ensuring everyone who visits us feels valued, comfortable, and well-informed. If you thrive on organization, enjoy helping others, and believe a smile goes a long way, this could be your perfect spot in one of Dubai’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
About the Company
Think of us as more than just a workplace — we’re a tight-knit team in the heart of Business Bay, always buzzing with activity. Our vibe is equal parts professional and personable; we believe the best results happen in an environment where people feel respected and included. We have a habit of celebrating small wins (donuts may be involved) and we genuinely care about supporting each other, whether it’s with morning coffee, timely information, or a listening ear. Growth is part of our DNA — not just for the company, but for everyone on our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients, visitors, and team members daily with a warm, professional welcome
- Handling incoming calls: answering, screening, and forwarding with the right balance of friendliness and efficiency
- Managing front desk operations, including visitor logs, badge distribution, and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Coordinating meeting room bookings—making sure spaces are set up and ready when needed
- Responding to general inquiries (by phone, email, or in-person) and providing accurate information about our services and directions
- Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries, ensuring nothing goes missing or unattended
- Assisting with light administrative tasks, like filing, data entry, and occasionally lending a hand for company events
- Alerting team members promptly about visitor arrivals or urgent matters
What You’ll Bring
- A positive, professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English (other languages like Arabic are a plus!)
- Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front-of-house role
- Confidence handling multi-line phone systems and standard office software (think Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good organizational skills — you know how to manage priorities when things get busy
- Poise under pressure: you stay calm, focused, and friendly even when there’s a lot happening
- Impeccable presentation — you understand your role as the face of the company
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary and annual performance reviews
- Supportive team culture — we value collaboration and open communication
- Modern office in the lively heart of Business Bay (think great views, easy transport, and nearby lunch spots)
- Opportunities for on-the-job training and career growth
- Regular staff events, plus little perks like free beverages and birthday celebrations
- Standard working hours, no late nights or weekends
We’re committed to making every day a positive experience for both our guests and our staff. If you’re looking for a place where your people skills truly shine, and where you’ll be genuinely appreciated, we can’t wait to meet you.
