What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients and visitors with genuine warmth — creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step in
- Managing incoming phone calls: answering queries, directing calls to the right team member, and taking clear, detailed messages
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, making sure everyone’s calendar runs like clockwork
- Handling basic administrative duties — from sorting mail to keeping the reception area tidy and organized
- Supporting the team with document preparation, scanning, and light data entry tasks
- Coordinating with building management as needed (think: arranging visitor passes or handling deliveries)
- Jumping in to help with occasional office projects or events — we all pitch in when it counts
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!)
- Professional, polished appearance and approach
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, calendar, etc.)
- Friendly, can-do attitude and a knack for making people feel at ease

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
