What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and informed
- Answer and direct phone calls with a polished and friendly tone — no cold hand-offs here
- Notify team members promptly when their guests have arrived
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries efficiently, keeping things organized behind the scenes
- Maintain the reception area, making sure it always reflects our high standards and inviting atmosphere
- Support various administrative and office duties as needed — every day will bring something new
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- UAE National (Emirati) — this role is specifically for UAE Nationals
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-service role
- Polished communication skills in both English and Arabic
