What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and informed
  • Answer and direct phone calls with a polished and friendly tone — no cold hand-offs here
  • Notify team members promptly when their guests have arrived
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries efficiently, keeping things organized behind the scenes
  • Maintain the reception area, making sure it always reflects our high standards and inviting atmosphere
  • Support various administrative and office duties as needed — every day will bring something new

  • UAE National (Emirati) — this role is specifically for UAE Nationals
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-service role
  • Polished communication skills in both English and Arabic
