What You’ll Be Doing
- Directing day-to-day operations, ensuring every project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget
- Collaborating closely with the design, sales, and installation teams to deliver exceptional, client-focused solutions
- Developing and executing strategies that expand our presence in the UAE’s interior design and fit-out market
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients — communication is key
- Overseeing quality control and making sure every finishing touch meets our high standards
- Analyzing financial statements and KPIs to identify opportunities for business growth
- Fostering a culture of creativity, integrity, and accountability throughout your team
- Keeping an eye on market trends and inspiring innovation in design and operational processes
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE’s interior design and fit-out industry
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to make tough calls when needed
- Deep understanding of local regulations, suppliers, and the latest industry innovations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English (Arabic is a plus)
- Passion for great design and a client-centric mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience scaling operations or launching new service lines
