What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating a fast-moving executive’s busy schedule, from meetings to travel arrangements—flexibility is key!
- Drafting, proofreading, and managing confidential documents, contracts, and correspondence, always with an eagle eye for detail.
- Acting as the first point of contact—screening calls, welcoming visitors, and delivering a first impression that feels both warm and highly professional.
- Overseeing compliance with UAE laws and regulations (including document filings, renewals, and local requirements).
- Juggling personal and professional tasks, sometimes at a moment’s notice—think of it as being the calm in the middle of a storm.
- Handling ad hoc administrative projects and errands, always maintaining a high level of discretion and integrity.
- Proactively identifying ways to optimize routines or eliminate bottlenecks—your input will shape how we work.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role requiring confidentiality and initiative.
- Solid, working knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and best business practices.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
- Impeccable attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Confidence with standard productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Based in (or easily able to commute to) Ajman—Al Jerf 2.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous work experience supporting C-level executives or business owners in the UAE.
- Familiarity with document management systems or legal filings.
