What You’ll Be Doing
- Run day-to-day gym operations, ensuring everything from opening checklist to closing register balances goes off without a hitch
- Greet and assist members with a welcoming smile—helping with memberships, queries, or the occasional locker mishap
- Take ownership of membership sales: following up on leads, managing renewals, and hitting (or exceeding!) monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records for memberships, finances, and inventory (yes, even the protein bars and towels need counting)
- Handle daily and monthly accounts—think invoices, expense reports, and reconciling numbers with attention to detail
- Collaborate with trainers and staff to coordinate schedules, events, and special promotions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards—your eagle eye keeps our club spotless and welcoming
- Spot opportunities to improve processes or boost member engagement—we love innovative thinking!
What You’ll Bring
