What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality, taste, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the chef to ensure every meal meets our healthy standards (and tastes amazing!)
- Building relationships with local schools, health clinics, and sports clubs to introduce our meals and programs
- Organizing and leading outreach visits to community partners, representing the restaurant with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Training and supporting front-of-house and kitchen staff on our menu, values, and best practices
- Handling customer feedback with patience and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Monitoring inventory and sourcing ingredients that meet our nutritional and ethical standards
- Ensuring compliance with UAE health, safety, and food regulations
- Reporting directly to the restaurant owner and providing honest, regular updates
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, specifically within the UAE
- Deep understanding of healthy meal preparation, taste profiles, and nutrition
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Confidence and professionalism when engaging with schools, clinics, and sports organizations
- Valid UAE residency and eligibility for sponsorship transfer
- A reputation for trustworthiness, reliability, and ethical conduct
