What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism—your smile sets the tone for their entire stay
- Managing daily operations to ensure smooth, five-star experiences across all departments
- Coordinating room allocations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and occasional challenges with grace and resourcefulness
- Supporting the team—whether mentoring junior staff or jumping in during busy moments
- Collaborating with housekeeping, catering, and other departments to deliver seamless service
- Keeping records organized and confidential, using hotel management software
- Providing thoughtful recommendations, local tips, and a personal touch to every guest interaction
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
- A warm, welcoming attitude—people feel at ease around you
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Residency in the UAE (all nationalities welcome, as long as you’re here)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with hotel management systems or reservation software
