What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism—your smile sets the tone for their entire stay
  • Managing daily operations to ensure smooth, five-star experiences across all departments
  • Coordinating room allocations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and occasional challenges with grace and resourcefulness
  • Supporting the team—whether mentoring junior staff or jumping in during busy moments
  • Collaborating with housekeeping, catering, and other departments to deliver seamless service
  • Keeping records organized and confidential, using hotel management software
  • Providing thoughtful recommendations, local tips, and a personal touch to every guest interaction

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
  • A warm, welcoming attitude—people feel at ease around you

  • Residency in the UAE (all nationalities welcome, as long as you’re here)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
