  • Supporting HR processes, from onboarding new hires to handling administrative essentials

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous administrative or hospitality-related experience (the busier the better)
  • Strong written and verbal English skills; comfort with basic office software (Word, Excel, email)
  • Polished communication, organizational, and multitasking skills—think calm in a storm
  • A willingness to work variable hours and adapt as things change (because, well, hospitality)
  • Professionalism, reliability, and that special knack for anticipating needs before they're voiced

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, or others are a plus)
  • Prior exposure to POS or restaurant management systems
  • Experience working in a hospitality role in Dubai or the GCC

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salaries between AED4000–7000, tailored to your experience and skill set
  • Company-provided residence visa and accommodation—save your worries (and your search)
  • Dynamic team culture with lots of learning opportunities as we grow together
  • The chance to work in the heart of Dubai’s buzzing Business Bay—never a dull lunch break!
  • Openness to hiring both visitors and residents, welcoming fresh perspectives

We believe in fostering a workplace where you can bring your unique strengths and grow professionally—all while enjoying the little perks that make your week brighter. If you love hospitality, thrive when things get busy, and want your work to matter, you’ll fit right in.
