What You’ll Be Doing
Hot Section Chefs
- Preparing premium dishes in the hot kitchen, ensuring every plate is picture-perfect.
- Collaborating closely with a diverse team of chefs to execute the day’s changing menu.
- Keeping an eagle eye on food safety and high-end presentation, even during rushes.
- Guiding commis and junior chefs during busy meal periods.
Pastry Chefs / Dessert Chefs
- Crafting a rotation of classic and innovative desserts for a discerning clientele.
- Experimenting with recipes alongside the head chef—your creativity is welcome.
- Managing baking schedules and maintaining stock of bakery essentials.
- Decorating and finishing pastries and desserts with a refined touch.
Baristas
- Brewing coffee and specialty beverages that guests remember long after checkout.
- Personalizing guest experiences—whether it’s latte art or a friendly conversation.
- Keeping barista stations sparkling and well-stocked.
- Introducing new beans or seasonal blends to the menu.
Waiters / Waitresses
- Welcoming each guest warmly and guiding them through the menu with flair.
- Ensuring service is smooth, accurate, and always up to five-star standards.
- Liaising with chefs and baristas—a true team player’s role.
- Handling guest requests and special occasions with genuine enthusiasm.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Relevant experience for the specific position (hotel, fine-dining, or upscale café experience is preferred)
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a big plus
- A genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork
- Flexibility for shifts in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Certification in food safety or barista training (where applicable)
