About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of a vibrant hotel team right in the heart of Dubai’s bustling Business Bay? Whether you’re a people person who thrives at the front desk or someone who finds joy in crafting the perfect cappuccino, your next opportunity might just be waiting here. We’re looking to fill several immediate roles — from Receptionists to Kitchen Helpers — and if you’re already living in the UAE and ready to jump into a fast-paced hospitality environment, we want to meet you.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established hospitality brand that’s become a local favorite for travelers and residents alike. The hotel prides itself on delivering genuine service with a smile, and the team is a lively mix from all over the world — united by a passion for making every guest’s stay memorable. Think: daily briefings over fresh coffee, spontaneous team celebrations for milestones big and small, and a genuine culture of support (plus, everyone knows where to get the city’s best shawarma after a long shift).

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, your day-to-day might include:

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism at the front desk, handling check-ins and check-outs like a pro (Receptionist)
  • Anticipating guest needs and ensuring a seamless stay from start to finish (Guest Service Agent)
  • Taking and serving orders, describing menu items, and sharing recommendations with hospitality in mind (Waiter/Waitress)
  • Crafting excellent coffees and ensuring the café area is as inviting as your latte art (Barista)
  • Mixing signature cocktails and serving beverages in a lively, upbeat bar setting (Bartender)
  • Keeping rooms sparkling clean, restocking amenities, and making sure every detail impresses (Housekeeping Attendant)
  • Supporting chefs in food prep, staying quick on your feet even during the dinner rush (Kitchen Helper, Commis Chef)
  • Pitching in as needed — hotel life is never dull, and the best team members don’t mind rolling up their sleeves

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Residence in the UAE and immediate availability — these roles are for those ready to start soon!
  • Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality role (role-specific, but a customer-first attitude is essential across the board)
  • Conversational English; other languages are a plus
  • Friendly, team-oriented spirit and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests
  • For F&B roles, comfort handling busy shifts, and for kitchen/housekeeping, a focus on hygiene and detail

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (for reception/guest services roles)
  • Barista skills or mixology training (if you’re applying for café or bar roles)
  • Multilingual ability, especially in Arabic, Russian, or Chinese

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, role-based salary package (AED 2500–5500)
  • Free visa processing, accommodation, daily meals, and medical insurance — everything you need to settle in comfortably
  • Annual leave benefits so you can travel or rest when it counts
  • Join a diverse, close-knit team with a shared commitment to great service
  • Opportunities for growth — many of the current managers started in entry-level roles
  • Centrally located in Business Bay, with an energetic urban vibe and lots to do nearby

At the end of the day, it’s the people who make this a great place to work. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love making someone’s day better — welcome aboard!
