What You’ll Be Doing
Roles available: Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Room Attendant, Bell Boy
Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:
- Designing and preparing signature dishes as Head Chef, ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to quality.
- Assisting with kitchen prep, cleanliness, and inventory support as a Kitchen Assistant—you’ll be the backbone of the culinary team.
- Welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience if you’re joining as Waiter/Waitress.
- Crafting perfect espresso drinks and keeping our café guests coming back as a Barista.
- Maintaining guestrooms to impeccable standards as a Room Attendant, with an eye for those little touches that count.
- Greeting arrivals, assisting with luggage, and creating a seamless welcome as a Bell Boy.
- Jumping in to help teammates during busy shifts—because we all pitch in when needed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Currently located in the UAE (applications accepted only from those inside the country)
- Friendly, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves—hospitality is about going the extra mile
- Basic English communication skills (other languages are a bonus!)
- Relevant experience for specialty roles (e.g., previous kitchen or barista work for Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Barista)
- Availability to start as soon as possible
- Willingness to adjust to flexible schedules—we’re a 24/7 business
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant
- Knowledge of guest service etiquette (for guest-facing roles)
- A knack for making people feel comfortable and looked after
