About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Join Our Vibrant Hotel Team in Downtown Dubai

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the warm welcome at one of Dubai’s most exciting hotels? Whether you’re the friendly face at the front desk or the creative hand behind the bar, there’s a place for you here in the heart of Downtown Dubai. We’re looking for energetic, people-loving individuals eager to grow their hospitality careers — from Receptionists and Guest Service Agents to Bartenders, Baristas, Waiters, Housekeepers, Kitchen Helpers, and Commis Chefs. If you’re ready to jump in and make every guest’s stay unforgettable, this could be your next big step.

About Us

Our hotel isn’t just a place to work — it’s a lively community in the epicenter of Dubai’s bustling scene. Picture this: an international crowd, a team that swaps shift stories over staff meals, and leaders who champion your ideas (and might even join you for a quick latte during the lunchtime rush!). While we’re proud of our five-star service, we also know how to celebrate the little wins — birthdays, promotions, or just making it through a busy weekend together. Fast-paced? Absolutely. Supportive? Even more so.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and professionalism — whether at reception or tableside
  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, and making sure every guest gets the info they need (even if it’s just the WiFi password)
  • Mixing up classic cocktails, frothing Instagram-worthy cappuccinos, and keeping our drink menus as fresh as the city around us
  • Taking orders, suggesting specials, and ensuring every meal is an experience worth remembering
  • Supporting the kitchen team with food prep, keeping workstations spotless, and stepping up wherever help is needed
  • Ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are immaculate — our standards are high, and so are yours!
  • Working closely with teammates to jump in, adapt, and solve challenges together (sometimes with a laugh, sometimes with hustle)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Currently inside the UAE, ready for immediate joining
  • Some hospitality experience (hotel, café, or restaurant), depending on the role
  • Friendly, team-oriented attitude — you notice details and love to make people feel at home
  • English communication skills (extra languages? Even better!)
  • Willingness to embrace shift work and busy periods with a positive spirit

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in mid- or upscale hotels/hospitality venues
  • Familiarity with hotel software or POS systems (for guest-facing roles)
  • Barista or bartending skills/qualifications (for those roles)
  • A knack for multitasking under pressure — and keeping your cool while you do it

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary ranging from AED 2,500–5,500 (depending on role and experience)
  • Free visa, accommodation, meals, and medical coverage — we’ve got the basics covered so you can focus on your job
  • Paid annual leave and end-of-service benefits
  • Vibrant, international workplace — every day brings new people and experiences
  • Opportunities to develop your career in the region’s leading hospitality market
  • Supportive management, approachable leaders, and a team that feels a lot like family

You'll work hard — but you’ll be part of something special. Downtown Dubai never slows down, and here, neither do your opportunities. Ready for this adventure?
