What You’ll Be Doing
- Waiter/Waitress:
Welcome guests with a smile, take orders with care, and ensure every table feels like your top priority.
Handle busy meal times, keep an eye out for what guests need, and help create memorable dining experiences. - Barista:
Craft excellent coffees, keep the bar area sparkling, and remember regulars’ favorite drinks—even if it’s an off-menu creation.
Share your love for good coffee and keep things moving smoothly during the morning rush. - Baker (Pastry):
Prepare fresh pastries and bread daily, experiment with specials, and give guests a reason to start their day at Indigo.
Keep the kitchen organized and contribute to new recipe ideas. - Commis Chef:
Assist the kitchen team with prepping ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes to exacting standards.
Learn from experienced chefs and lend a hand wherever it’s needed—every role in the kitchen counts! - Dishwasher:
Keep things ticking in the background by ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are always spotless and ready to go.
