What You’ll Be Doing
- Cook / Commis Chef:
- Prepare delicious dishes to suit discerning tastes, maintaining five-star quality and presentation.
- Collaborate daily with a multicultural kitchen brigade, taking cues from senior chefs.
- Ensure high standards of food safety and cleanliness at every stage.
- Waiter/Waitress:
- Welcome and guide guests through luxe dining experiences with genuine hospitality.
- Take orders, make recommendations, and serve meals with a flair for the special touches.
- Handle guest feedback gracefully and resolve minor hiccups on the spot.
- Bell Boy:
- Create a memorable first impression, assisting with luggage and offering local knowledge cheerfully.
- Escort guests to rooms, manage room deliveries, and coordinate with reception for smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Tidy lobby entrances and support your colleagues whenever needed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (candidates outside UAE will not be considered)
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude and a genuine smile
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus!
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Relevant experience for the position you’re applying for—whether as a cook, chef, waiter/waitress, or bell boy
- Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
- Readiness for immediate joining
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
- Knowledge of international cuisines or fine dining procedures (for culinary applicants)
- Familiarity with POS systems or hotel operations systems
- Multilingual abilities
