About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever fancied the idea of working in one of Dubai’s most iconic locations — The Palm Jumeirah — and being part of a hospitality team that truly knows how to impress? We’re on the lookout for passionate hotel professionals to join a prestigious 5-star property, with immediate openings for Cook, Commis Chef, Waiter/Waitress, and Bell Boy. Whether you dream of perfecting a dish, ensuring a flawless guest welcome, or serving up memorable dining experiences, this is your chance to make your mark where service truly shines.

About the Company

Nestled on the glittering waterfront of The Palm, this renowned hotel is a destination all its own. It’s not just the sweeping skyline views, but also the warmth, humor, and teamwork behind the scenes that make this place special. From kitchen teams swapping recipe tips to front-desk staff who treat every guest’s stay like a special event, there’s a sense of pride here that’s hard to miss. The hotel continues to set the standard for luxury hospitality in Dubai, and they’re ready to welcome new colleagues eager to grow and shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Crafting delicious, Instagram-worthy meals as a Cook or Commis Chef, always keeping presentation and quality in mind
  • Providing attentive, upbeat service to guests as a Waiter/Waitress, from the first greeting through to fond farewells
  • Welcoming guests with genuine hospitality as a Bell Boy, assisting with luggage and sharing a bit of insider knowledge when needed
  • Working collaboratively with your team — from supporting big events to stepping up during peak hours, every shift feels different
  • Upholding our five-star service standards, whether it’s a simple room service order or a banquet affair
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and ready to lend a hand wherever needed

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting (relevant to your role; training provided for juniors)
  • A friendly, adaptable attitude and strong work ethic — guests remember your smile as much as your service!
  • Willingness to relocate to The Palm and work a flexible roster, including weekends and holidays
  • You’re already inside the UAE and available for immediate joining

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a luxury hotel or international hospitality brand
  • Conversational English (and bonus if you can greet guests in other languages)
  • Food safety or guest service certifications

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive Salary: AED 2,500–5,000, tailored to your experience and role
  • Provided Accommodation: Live steps away from the action, with comfortable staff housing
  • Free Meals: Enjoy chef-prepared meals every day on shift
  • Visa & Medical Insurance: Worry-free employment and health coverage
  • Team Spirit: Join a diverse crew where everyone is known by name, not just job title
  • Training & Growth: Regular skills workshops and room to grow within the property
  • Gorgeous Work Environment: Who else can say their daily commute is palm-fringed?

There’s a genuine camaraderie that runs through this hotel — people look out for each other, celebrate wins, and make the workday something you look forward to. If you’re ready for a fresh adventure in luxury hospitality, you might just find your next great role here.
