What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, and guest services teams
- Responding quickly and thoughtfully to guest feedback, resolving complaints with a calm and positive attitude
- Monitoring rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our rigorous cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supporting staff through hands-on coaching, regular check-ins, and helping out when things get especially busy
- Coordinating shift schedules and team assignments — no two days are exactly the same
- Assisting with training new team members and reinforcing best practices
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth, guest-focused operations throughout the hotel
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous hospitality experience in the UAE (hotel or similar setting)
- Proven leadership skills — people respond well to your guidance and approachability
- Excellent communication in English; additional languages a plus
- A calm, solutions-oriented approach, even when things get busy
- Hands-on attitude (you’ll never say, “That’s not my job”)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS)
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages spoken by our guests
- Certification or training in hospitality management
