About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself happiest when everything’s tidy, the kids are smiling, and the house feels like a real home? We’re looking for a dedicated Housemaid/Nanny to join our family in Al Rigga, Dubai. If you have a knack for keeping things organized and love creating a warm, child-friendly space, this could be the perfect fit—especially if you’re seeking a supportive environment and value respect and stability in your work.

About the Family

We’re a busy, close-knit family who believes home should feel welcoming for everyone—residents and guests alike. Our days are lively, with little ones running around and family routines that keep us on our toes. We appreciate honesty, good communication, and that special attention to detail that makes a house run smoothly. If you enjoy working in a friendly household where your efforts are truly valued (and where a shared laugh is never far away), you’ll fit right in with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping every room clean, tidy, and inviting—think daily cleaning, dusting, and laundry
  • Creating a safe and engaging environment for the children, from playtime to storytime
  • Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks for the family when needed
  • Helping the children with routines—getting ready for school, meal times, and bedtime
  • Spotting what needs doing before anyone else does (yes, we notice and appreciate that extra touch!)
  • Managing basic household errands and assisting with family schedules as required
  • Maintaining open, friendly communication with parents about the kids’ routines and needs

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience as a nanny, housemaid, or in a similar domestic role
  • Strong skills in cleaning, laundry, and home organization
  • Warm, patient approach with children and a genuine love for family environments
  • Good communication in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Currently residing in the UAE with availability to start soon

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with meal preparation or simple family cooking
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s local area and amenities
  • Previous long-term work with a single family

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary of AED 2,500
  • Free visa and accommodation provided—no need to worry about extra expenses
  • Weekly day off for rest and personal time
  • Welcoming, respectful family environment where your work is valued
  • Multinational applicants are welcome (as long as you’re already inside the UAE)
  • Opportunities to build long-term trust and stability in your role

We know that a happy family starts with a happy home—and that starts with you. If you’re ready to make a difference for a family who truly appreciates your care, we can’t wait to meet you.
