What You’ll Be Doing
- Assign daily housekeeping tasks based on occupancy and guest requests, ensuring a balanced workload for each staff member
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to guarantee cleanliness and compliance with our quality standards
- Coach, mentor, and train housekeeping employees — you’ll be the go-to for both new joiners and seasoned pros alike
- Quickly identify and address performance issues, including tardiness or absences, so the team stays on track
- Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, making timely requests to avoid any shortages
- Communicate any equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or furniture concerns to management and follow up on resolutions
- Foster a positive, supportive team atmosphere where every member feels valued
- Step in to support staff during peak periods — after all, teamwork sometimes means rolling up your own sleeves
- Ensure all safety, security, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed throughout the department
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably within a hotel environment
