What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping living areas, bedrooms, and kitchen clean and tidy—think sweeping, mopping, and dusting in those well-traveled spots
- Handling daily laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding, and keeping wardrobes organized
- Ironing clothes so that everything from school uniforms to work shirts looks its best
- Managing household chores according to a set routine, while also adjusting to the family’s needs as they come up
- Observing and suggesting small ways to make things run smoother—whether that’s spotting when supplies need restocking or recommending a new cleaning product
- Following instructions carefully but not being afraid to ask questions if unsure
- Occasionally assisting with simple meal prep or serving refreshments, especially when guests pop by
