What You'll Be Doing
- Communicate with clients in clear, professional English — whether it's over the phone, through email, or in person
- Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Word and Excel, keeping records accurate and up to date
- Handle day-to-day email correspondence with clients, partners, and internal team members
- Support the team with administrative tasks that keep our insurance operations running smoothly
- Assist walk-in clients and help them understand the services we offer
What You'll Bring
