About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join a Growing Real Estate Team in the Heart of Muweilah
If you've ever pictured yourself closing your first deal and watching a client's face light up — this might be the role you've been waiting for. A well-established real estate company in Muweilah Commercial, Sharjah is looking to add a driven sales professional to its ranks, and honestly, timing couldn't be better. Sharjah's property market has been quietly heating up, with more buyers and renters exploring communities like Muweilah than ever before. If you thrive on conversation, love the chase of a good deal, and want to grow somewhere your effort actually gets noticed, keep reading.
Who We Are
We're a real estate team that believes good business starts with good relationships. No corporate stiffness, no endless red tape — just a group of people who genuinely enjoy helping clients find the right property at the right price. Our office sits in Al Fallah Commercial, right in the middle of the action, which means walk-ins, referrals, and real conversations happen daily. We're at that exciting stage where the team is growing, and the people who join now will shape what this place becomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inbound leads and follow up with prospective buyers and tenants — promptly, professionally, and persistently
- Show properties, answer questions, and guide clients through viewings with confidence and a personal touch
- Negotiate deals that leave both sides feeling good about the outcome
- Build and maintain your own client pipeline — because in real estate, relationships are the real inventory
- Stay on top of market trends and listings in Muweilah and surrounding Sharjah communities
- Meet (and ideally exceed) monthly sales targets — we set them realistically, but we do expect you to chase them
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — you can hold a room and close a conversation
- A genuine service mindset; clients should feel looked after, not sold to
- Self-discipline and follow-through — real estate rewards the consistent, not just the charismatic
- A professional, presentable appearance and attitude (you're the face of the company)
- Seriousness and commitment — this isn't a side gig
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in real estate or sales (a real advantage, though not a dealbreaker)
- Familiarity with the Sharjah property market
- Bilingual skills (Arabic/English) — a big plus with our client base
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you. Attitude and drive often beat a perfect résumé.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary — discussed openly at the interview, based on your experience and what you bring
- A professional, supportive work environment where your wins are celebrated, not overlooked
- Prime location in Muweilah (Al Fallah Commercial) — easy to reach, easy to show clients
- Real growth potential — as the team expands, so do the opportunities for the people already here
- Hands-on mentorship for those newer to the field, and autonomy for those who've been around the block
At the end of the day, this is a place where effort translates into results — and results get recognized. If you're ready to build something real (pun intended), we'd love to meet you.
Common Interview Questions and Tips
To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.
- Walk me through how you'd handle an inbound lead that comes in on a Friday afternoon — what does your follow-up process look like from first contact to booked viewing?
- Sharjah's market is shifting quickly, especially in areas like Muweilah. How do you stay current on pricing trends, new listings, and what buyers are actually looking for?
- Tell me about a time you lost a deal you thought was in the bag. What happened, and what did you change afterward?
- How would you approach a client who's interested in a property but keeps stalling on making an offer? Walk me through how you'd move that conversation forward.
- Describe your experience with negotiation. Can you give me a specific example where you had to balance getting a good outcome for your side while keeping the other party happy?
- If a tenant walks into the office asking about units in a community you're less familiar with, how do you handle that on the spot?
- This role involves a lot of self-driven pipeline building. How do you personally stay disciplined when leads are slow and no one's checking over your shoulder?
- Tell me about a time you had to juggle multiple clients with competing priorities. How did you decide who got your attention first?
- What does "good service" mean to you in a real estate context? Can you share an example of when you went beyond what was expected for a client?
- We're a growing team with a flat structure — no layers of management. How do you feel about an environment where you're expected to figure things out and ask for help when you need it, rather than waiting for direction?
- Why real estate, and why now? What's drawing you to this specific stage of your career?
- How comfortable are you with the idea that your income and growth here are directly tied to the effort you put in each month?
