About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ready to Turn Sharjah’s Property Buzz Into Your Next Big Win?
Muwaileh Commercial is having a moment. New towers, new tenants, new families putting down roots — and someone has to be the friendly, sharp voice on the other end of the phone when they start asking about it. That’s where you come in. We’re a real estate team based in Al Fallah Commercial (right in the heart of Muwaileh), and we’re looking for a sales professional — male or female — to join us on the ground floor of a market that keeps growing. If you’ve ever wanted a sales role where your effort shows up directly in your paycheck, this one deserves a closer look.
About Us
We’re a close-knit real estate office that believes good deals start with good conversations. No revolving-door culture, no “you’re on your own” onboarding — when you join, you sit with the team, learn how we handle listings, and pick up the rhythm of the Sharjah market fast. The office runs on a simple idea: treat clients like neighbors, not transactions, and the numbers tend to follow.
Muwaileh is our home turf, and honestly, it’s a good one. Between the university crowd, young families, and steady commercial activity along Al Fallah, there’s always something moving. If you like the energy of a busy, up-and-coming area, you’ll feel at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with prospective buyers and tenants — some leads come to you, but the real closers chase the quiet ones too.
- Show properties around Muwaileh and nearby Sharjah areas, and answer the questions people actually care about: parking, commute, building management, the little details.
- Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants — calmly, professionally, and with everyone’s interests on the table.
- Keep your pipeline organized and follow up consistently. In real estate, the second call often wins the deal.
- Work toward monthly sales targets with the team’s support — we track progress together, not in silos.
- Keep your appearance and communication polished. You’re often the first impression a client gets of this company.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in real estate and/or sales — even a solid stretch in a related field counts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, in Arabic and/or English.
- A genuine knack for customer service — patient, responsive, and easy to talk to.
- Self-discipline. This role rewards people who follow up without being reminded.
- A professional, well-presented manner — in person and on paper.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with the Sharjah or Muwaileh property market.
- Existing client contacts or a network you can tap into.
- Experience with property listing platforms and basic CRM tools.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you — attitude and drive often matter more than a perfect résumé.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary: Competitive and discussed openly at the interview — we’d rather talk real numbers with you than post a vague range.
- Professional environment: A structured, respectful office where you’re treated like a colleague, not a number.
- Prime location: Al Fallah Commercial, Muwaileh — easy to reach, busy enough to keep things interesting.
- Growth potential: The more you put in, the more you take home. Simple as that.
- Team support: You won’t be left guessing. Guidance is part of the deal.
If you’re serious about real estate and ready to build something in one of Sharjah’s fastest-moving neighborhoods, this could be the role that finally clicks.
Common Interview Questions and Tips
To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.
- Walk me through how you'd handle an inbound lead that comes in on a Friday evening asking about a two-bedroom apartment in Muwaileh — what does your first 24 hours with that person look like?
- Tell me about a deal you closed that took longer than expected. What kept it alive, and what did you learn from the follow-up process?
- How do you usually prepare before showing a property? What details about a building or area do you make sure you can speak to before the client arrives?
- A landlord and a prospective tenant are both digging in on price, and neither is budging. How do you move that conversation forward without burning either relationship?
- Which property listing platforms and CRM tools have you worked with, and how do you keep your pipeline from slipping through the cracks when things get busy?
- Describe a time a client went quiet on you after a promising first conversation. What did you do next, and how did it play out?
- Muwaileh has a mix of students, young families, and commercial tenants. How would you adjust your pitch depending on who's on the other end of the call?
- Tell me about a moment when you had to deliver news a client didn't want to hear — a rejected offer, a delayed handover, something like that. How did you handle it?
- What draws you specifically to the Sharjah market right now, and how do you stay current on what's happening in areas like Muwaileh and Al Fallah?
- Give me an example of how you've built trust with a client who was initially skeptical or had been burned before by an agent.
- This role involves a lot of self-driven follow-up. How do you personally stay disciplined when there's no one checking in on you day to day?
- We work as a tight team here — how do you handle it when a colleague's deal or approach conflicts with how you'd do things?
- What does a professional first impression
