What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to daily IT support requests from staff, both onsite and remotely — no two days (or issues) quite the same
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues with calm efficiency
- Setting up workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new (and occasionally, forgetful) employees
- Maintaining inventory and tracking IT assets so nothing goes missing or overlooked
- Coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers as needed
- Providing basic training to colleagues — from “how to reset your password” to “why you shouldn’t click that suspicious link”
- Documenting solutions and updating records, because future-you (and your team) will thank you
- Occasionally helping with office moves or equipment upgrades — teamwork makes the dream work
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar hands-on tech role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, basic networking, printers, and common business applications
- Solid communication skills — able to explain tech to non-techies without breaking a sweat
- Currently residing in the UAE (thanks to local regulations, this one’s non-negotiable)
- Willingness to work an 8-hour shift, with reliability and a positive attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems
- Experience supporting VoIP, CCTV or biometric devices
- Any relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft, etc.)
