About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Curious about what it’s like to be the go-to tech hero in a bustling Dubai office? As our next IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the person everyone turns to when they need help — and the backbone that keeps daily operations running smoothly. If you thrive on troubleshooting, enjoy seeing the impact of your work firsthand, and want to be part of a stable yet forward-thinking organization, this role just might be your next great move. Plus, you’ll do it all in vibrant Deira, right in the heart of the city’s business pulse.

About the Company

We're not your average “big-name” corporation — we’re a respected local business with decades of roots in Deira, known for our people-first culture and commitment to professional growth. Here, collaboration is more than a buzzword, and you’ll find teammates who genuinely care about each other’s success. Whether you’ve just joined or you’ve hit your five-year anniversary, you’re welcome at our Friday team lunches, and there’s always someone around for troubleshooting (or a good-natured debate about the best shawarma place nearby).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to IT support tickets and requests—sometimes you’ll fix a password issue, other times you’ll save the day with an emergency printer rescue
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network hiccups for end-users
  • Installing, configuring, and updating company devices — laptops, desktops, printers, you name it
  • Maintaining user accounts and permissions in Active Directory (and keeping a watchful eye for any shadowy login attempts)
  • Rolling up your sleeves to help deploy new software or technology rollouts across departments
  • Keeping detailed records of your fixes and sharing tips with colleagues to make everyone’s lives easier
  • Working closely with vendors and external partners whenever there’s a need for repairs or upgrades
  • Pitching in whenever you spot an opportunity to make our IT systems run smoother or safer

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in a hands-on IT support or helpdesk role, ideally in a fast-paced office setting
  • Relevant IT qualifications — diploma, degree, or certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Solid troubleshooting skills with Windows operating systems, common office software, and basic networking
  • Strong communication in English (spoken and written)
  • Currently residing within the UAE and able to start relatively soon
  • Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to keep calm when the Wi-Fi isn’t

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with common business tools like Office 365, remote support software, and antivirus solutions
  • Experience supporting Apple devices or multi-OS environments
  • Any Arabic language skills (not a must, but always handy in Dubai)
  • An eye for process improvement, automation, or documentation

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, reliable salary: AED 3,500 – 6,000, depending on experience
  • Standard UAE labor law benefits: medical insurance, annual leave, and end-of-service gratuity
  • Supportive, welcoming team — with lots of knowledge to share (and a sense of humour)
  • Prime location in Deira, close to metro links and plenty of local eats
  • Opportunities to learn the latest IT trends and grow your skillset with the backing of a reputable organization
  • Stability and professional growth — many team members have built long-term careers here

If you’re looking for a job where your efforts are appreciated and your IT know-how makes a real difference, you’ll feel right at home with us.
