What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing and updating all our job postings across UAE job portals—think Indeed, LinkedIn, and others that keep popping up
  • Managing our company’s social media platforms to attract both jobseekers and new followers
  • Drafting engaging job ads and updates that actually sound human—no dry corporate-speak, please
  • Screening incoming CVs with a keen eye for talent, and shortlisting candidates for the next steps
  • Coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and keeping everyone in the loop
  • Collaborating with management to understand hiring needs and align postings accordingly
  • Tracking analytics and reports from portals to recommend improvements (yes, we care what the numbers say)
  • Occasionally brainstorming ways to boost our employer brand online—your creativity counts!

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Experience handling UAE job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, and others (even the niche ones)
  • Solid social media management skills (posting, engaging, and building an audience)
  • Strong communication in English (Arabic is a bonus)
  • Good organizational skills—multi-tasking is your comfort zone
  • Confidence using email, MS Office, and maybe a few tools you could teach us about

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience, especially in the UAE
  • Some graphic design or social content creation skills
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws or HR best practices
