What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the bridge between clients, agents, and management, ensuring smooth coordination and seamless communication.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with energy and purpose—introducing prospective buyers and tenants to their dream properties across Dubai.
- Guide potential clients from initial inquiry through to property viewing, follow-up, and final closing.
- Maintain meticulous records of leads, follow-ups, and feedback using our CRM systems and internal tools.
- Organize property tours—sometimes on short notice—showcasing our listings with the charm and professionalism that makes clients feel at home.
- Support the outdoor sales team with scheduling, appointment setting, and lead qualification.
- Collaborate with your teammates for shared success, sharing best practices and celebrating wins together.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, real estate sales (indoor/outdoor), or as a call center agent—ideally in Dubai or the UAE.
- Comfort with high-volume calls and a natural knack for building rapport quickly (phone confidence is key!).
- Fluent English (Arabic or other languages are a bonus).
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join us at short notice.
- Organized, motivated, and good at thinking on your feet—no two days are the same here!
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working in Business Bay or similar fast-paced districts.
- Familiarity with real estate CRMs or tele-sales tools.
- An instinct for reading what clients need, even before they do.
