What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with customers on the sales floor and help them find products that fit their needs—always with a friendly attitude.
- Drive sales by suggesting upsells, add-ons, and new arrivals in a natural, non-pushy manner.
- Respond to inquiries both in-person and via digital channels, ensuring customers feel heard and supported.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to boost foot traffic and online engagement through promotions, offers, and social media campaigns.
- Create and publish engaging social media content that reflects the company brand and highlights in-store excitement.
- Monitor sales performance and work with teammates to consistently hit (or even beat!) monthly targets.
- Help set up visual merchandising displays, lending your eye for detail to make our retail space inviting and vibrant.
- Stay up to date with industry trends—both retail and digital—to make sure our approach is always ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or digital marketing role (retail environment a strong plus)
- GCC experience required—you know the local market, how customers shop, and what works in Dubai
- Currently inside the UAE and ready for immediate joining—no lengthy relocation or notice needed
- Comfortable using social media and online marketing tools
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a bonus
- Friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for sales and creative marketing
