About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking for a role that’ll keep you on your toes and let your personality shine? We’re urgently seeking an energetic Salesman or Saleswoman and a savvy Digital Marketing professional for our vibrant team in Al Nahda, Dubai. Whether you’re passionate about face-to-face connections or thrive on the digital side of things, this opportunity offers a real chance to make your mark, learn on the job, and grow with a supportive team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want to join a workplace that appreciates initiative and drive, you might find this the perfect next step.
About the Company
Nestled in the heart of Al Nahda, we’re a recruitment consultancy that’s more like a close-knit crew than a sprawling corporation. Think daily collaboration, open-door conversations, and plenty of team banter. We pride ourselves on helping people find the right opportunities—and we practice what we preach by investing in our own team’s growth. With us, you’re not just another face in the crowd; you’re part of a supportive, multicultural family that works hard and celebrates together (even if it’s with a pizza lunch after a busy week).
What You’ll Be Doing
For Sales
- Engaging directly with new and returning customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Building genuine relationships with clients—sometimes over the phone, sometimes over a cup of tea in the office.
- Hitting the pavement (or the phones) to generate fresh leads and nurture promising opportunities.
- Staying up-to-date on products, services, and market trends so you can answer questions like a pro.
- Collaborating with your teammates to brainstorm sales strategies and reach shared targets.
For Digital Marketing
- Crafting and scheduling social media posts that spark attention and prompt conversation.
- Monitoring campaign results, tweaking ads, and reporting on progress—all with an eye for what works.
- Designing basic graphics or visuals (don’t worry, we’re not expecting the next Picasso).
- Contributing creative ideas for promos, email marketing, and digital outreach.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of trends, hashtags, and what catches people’s eyes online.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in either sales or digital marketing (depending on your chosen path)
- You’re currently residing in the UAE and ready to start soon
- Strong communication skills—whether it’s pitching a product or writing a catchy caption
- Motivated, adaptable, and not afraid to ask questions or suggest new ideas
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluency in multiple languages (always a plus in our diverse region)
- Basic design skills (for our digital marketing hopefuls)
