About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you ready to turn your passion for fragrance into a thriving career? We’re on the lookout for a Sales Executive to join our close-knit perfume team right at the heart of Dubai, in Nadd Al Hamar. This role is all about sharing your love for scents with a vibrant clientele while contributing to a brand that champions artistry and elegance in every bottle. Whether you’re a connoisseur of oud and amber or just love helping people find their signature scent, this is a golden opportunity to grow alongside a company that’s making waves across the UAE’s luxury market.
About the Company
Step into a workspace that’s as lively as the fragrances we curate. Our team is a friendly mix of fragrance enthusiasts, all united by a shared ambition to bring top-tier perfumes to our discerning customers. Collaboration is our secret ingredient—whether we’re debating the latest scent trends or celebrating sales milestones with an impromptu coffee run. At our Nadd Al Hamar branch, tradition meets innovation: we honor the timelessness of perfume while always searching for new ways to connect with our community. If you appreciate a culture where knowledge sharing is encouraged (and maybe—just maybe—you’ll leave each week smelling a bit more fabulous), you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with genuine enthusiasm, guiding them through our fragrance collections, and helping them discover their ideal scent.
- Actively listening and building relationships with walk-in clients and returning VIPs alike.
- Explaining the stories and notes behind each perfume—sometimes even demonstrating the subtle difference between a citrusy opening and a woody finish.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with the drive to make every transaction memorable.
- Staying current on perfume trends and sharing your knowledge during team huddles or casual shop-floor chats.
- Keeping the boutique looking immaculate, ensuring every bottle and display sparkles.
- Handling transactions smoothly, while always offering exceptional after-sales service.
- Occasionally assisting with in-store promotions, new product launches, and special client events.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic—comfortable switching between languages to serve international and local customers.
- Previous experience in sales (perfume or luxury retail will make you stand out).
- Strong communication skills, with a genuine interest in connecting with people.
- Presentable, confident, and willing to take initiative on the sales floor.
- A true passion for perfumes, fragrance culture, and delivering stellar service.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of key fragrance families or previous perfume training.
- Experience in high-end customer service or with loyal/VIP clientele.
- Familiarity with POS systems or in-store promotions.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary and uncapped commission to reward your drive.
- Employee discounts—yes, you’ll get to try (and take home) some of our newest releases.
- Full training on our fragrance range and selling techniques, plus ongoing learning opportunities.
- Supportive, multicultural team that celebrates everyone’s wins.
- Flexible schedule options and an easy commute to our central Dubai location.
- A workplace where your interest in scents isn’t just welcomed—it’s essential.
This is more than “just” a sales job; it’s a place to turn your gift for service and love of fragrance into something truly rewarding. If you enjoy helping people find what suits them and thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, we think you’ll fit right in.
