About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Growing Team as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Promoter, Merchandiser, or Cashier!
Ever pictured yourself thriving at the heart of a bustling shopping centre, surrounded by the energy and excitement of daily retail life in Dubai? We’re looking for sharp, people-first talent to join our team in City Centre, Barsha. If you’re passionate about sales, eager for new challenges, and already in the UAE, you might be just the person we’re hoping to meet.
About Us
Our company has carved out a niche as a reliable recruitment partner for retail brands across Dubai. We’re known for building close-knit teams who look out for each other—regular team dinners and birthday celebrations keep our spirits high, and we believe the best ideas often come from casual chats over coffee breaks. With every new project, we aim higher, driven by our shared commitment to top-notch service and mutual growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with customers on the shop floor, understanding their needs, and offering great recommendations—not just memorizing product features.
- Supervising sales teams (for Sales Supervisor roles): Motivating, coaching, and jumping in when it gets busy to lead by example.
- Setting up attractive merch displays that catch the eye and make shopping a breeze—no cookie-cutter layouts here.
- Handling transactions efficiently and accurately as a cashier, so every customer leaves happy.
- Collaborating with colleagues to hit sales targets and celebrate wins—big or small.
- Keeping the shop floor neat and organized, because first impressions really do matter.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current residency in the UAE (applications from outside the UAE can’t be considered, sorry)
- Customer service mindset with a positive, energetic attitude
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or merchandising (at least 1 year is a plus)
- Clear communication skills in English; knowing Arabic is a bonus
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or evenings (shopping centres never sleep!)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in team leadership (for Supervisor roles)
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or inventory management tools
- A knack for visual merchandising or promotional events
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary package: AED 3,500–5,500 plus commission on sales so you can feel your impact.
- Visa, accommodation, and transportation provided—move in and settle fast, hassle-free.
- Be part of a close, dynamic team where every member’s input is valued.
- Opportunities for on-the-job learning and growth—some of our best team leads started as sales promoters.
- Enjoyable work environment in one of Dubai’s most popular shopping centres.
We strive to create a supportive workplace where collaboration is second nature and good work is always noticed. If you’re ready to join a team that celebrates achievements and encourages new ideas, we want to connect with you. Seats are limited, so if you’re in the UAE and excited by what you’ve read, don’t hesitate to apply!
