What You’ll Be Doing
- Sanding and prepping wooden doors, cabinets, and a variety of joinery pieces for finishing
- Applying paint, stain, or lacquer by brush or spray, always aiming for that seamless, even coat
- Mixing colors and finishes to match design requirements (or, occasionally, to save the day when a client changes their mind!)
- Ensuring all surfaces are free of drips, bubbles, or rough edges—a steady hand and keen eye matter here
- Caring for, cleaning, and organizing paint tools so they’re always ready for the next job
- Collaborating with carpenters and project leads to ensure every item meets our quality standards
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 2–3 years of hands-on joinery painting experience in the UAE
- Solid skills in prepping, sanding, and finishing wooden surfaces
- Experience applying various paints, stains, and lacquers—by brush and spray
- A genuine sense of responsibility for delivering consistently clean, smooth, and professional results
- Basic knowledge of tool maintenance and safe handling practices
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working on high-end or custom joinery projects
