About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself imagining what it’s like to be right where the action happens, serving up freshly pressed juice, sizzling shawarma, and made-to-order sandwiches in one of Dubai’s busiest neighborhoods? Here’s your chance. We’re looking for enthusiastic Juice Makers, Sandwich Makers, and Shawarma Makers to join our restaurant team in Burjuman — an area famous for its vibrant crowd and lively food scene. If you’ve got energy to spare, a passion for good food, and you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, we want to meet you. And if you’re looking for a fresh start, it doesn’t get more immediate than “ready to join now.”
About the Company
Step into our restaurant and you’ll instantly feel the buzz — from the early morning breakfast rush to the late-night snack seekers. We’re a popular spot in the heart of Burjuman, known for quick service, fresh ingredients, and a team that treats each other more like family than just colleagues. Many of us started on the line and have worked our way up, and we’re big believers in giving everyone a chance to shine (yes, even if that means a little friendly competition over who makes the fluffiest sandwich). Our culture? Work hard, keep things clean, and never be too busy to share a laugh.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving fresh fruit juices using top-notch ingredients — think mango, orange, pomegranate, and more
- Assembling a variety of sandwiches to order (speed and attention to detail will make you a hero during peak hours)
- Expertly grilling, carving, and wrapping shawarma to perfection
- Keeping your work area spotless at all times (cleanliness is non-negotiable here)
- Replenishing stock and prepping ingredients so nothing runs out mid-shift
- Receiving feedback from customers (yes, people will tell you if that juice hit the spot!)
- Pitching in with general duties — whether it’s helping a teammate or making sure the chillers are restocked
- Always upholding food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards — we take pride in every plate and cup
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a juice shop, cafeteria, or restaurant (juice/sandwich/shawarma station experience is a big plus)
- Willingness to work hard and keep things tidy, even when the rush hits
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt as needed — weekends and evenings are part of the deal
- Ready and available to join the team immediately
- A positive, team-first attitude (no kitchen heroes, just friendly faces)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in fast-paced Dubai food outlets
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic
- Eagerness to learn new recipes and menu items
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary package (AED 2500–3200 per month, depending on experience)
- Free visa, accommodation, meals, and company-provided transportation — we know relocating can be tough, so we’ve got you covered
- Team environment that feels like a close-knit kitchen family
- Opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility for those with ambition
- Diverse team — all nationalities are warmly welcomed
- The energy of Burjuman: every day is different and never boring
We make sure that everyone who joins us gets the support they need — a place to stay, hot meals, and a crew who’s rooting for you. If you’re ready to make your mark (and some seriously good food), we can’t wait to meet you.
