What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting fresh juices and smoothies to order, with an eye for both taste and cheerful presentation
- Preparing delicious sandwiches or shawarma—from marinating and slicing meats to assembling and grilling with care
- Maintaining high hygiene standards—keeping your station spotless, organized, and always ready for a busy service
- Working efficiently under pressure, especially during the lively lunch and dinner rush hours
- Collaborating with fellow cooks and front-of-house staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely
- Helping to check inventory; letting the team know when supplies are low or something needs a quick restock
- Upholding friendly, positive customer interactions when there’s a chance to say hello or handle a special request
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years’ hands-on experience as a juice maker, sandwich maker, or shawarma chef (in a juice shop, cafeteria, or restaurant)
- A positive, hardworking attitude—willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards
- The ability (and willingness!) to join immediately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to keep up with a fast-moving team
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with different cuisines or creative menu additions
- Conversational English or Arabic—makes day-to-day teamwork smoother
- Previous experience in Dubai or the UAE food scene
