What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with a wide variety of maintenance tasks — think repairs, cleaning, minor installations, and general upkeep (not heavy construction).
- For Masons: handling tile work, plaster repairs, brick or block patch-ups, and making sure surfaces are safe and presentable.
- Moving materials, setting up and organizing tools, and ensuring work areas stay tidy and safe.
- Pitching in on emergency call-outs or urgent jobs — sometimes things break when you least expect it!
- Working closely with supervisors and teammates to keep customers happy and projects on track.
- Following safety guidelines and helping spot potential hazards before they become issues.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:

- For Labour: basic physical fitness and readiness for hands-on work.
- For Mason: prior masonry experience (tiling, plaster, brick/block work).
- Able to work 8-hour shifts, plus regular overtime (3 hours daily).
- Can understand and follow instructions, even when things get busy.
- Open to candidates with visit, cancelled, or company-provided visas — all backgrounds and nationalities welcome.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in building or facility maintenance.
