About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined yourself mapping out the future of Abu Dhabi’s green spaces, one coordinate at a time? As a Land Surveyor with our Projects – Landscape & Irrigation team, you won’t just be reading plans — you’ll be out in the field, making sure every curve, pathway, and irrigation system takes shape exactly as envisioned. If you’re passionate about precision and you find satisfaction in seeing projects transform from drawings to thriving reality, this could be your next adventure.
About the Company
We’re a tight-knit group of builders, creatives, and problem-solvers focused on making Abu Dhabi’s landscapes both beautiful and sustainable. Collaboration runs deep here — from morning site huddles to spontaneous “Eureka!” moments back at the office, everyone’s ideas genuinely matter. We celebrate our wins (both big and small — yes, we keep a tally!) and pride ourselves on an environment where fresh perspectives are as welcomed as seasoned expertise. If “let’s figure it out together” is your kind of rally cry, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting field surveys for landscape and irrigation projects — sometimes at sunrise, always with purpose.
- Setting out, marking, and verifying site levels and boundaries using Total Station, GPS, and levelling tools.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and construction teams to keep layouts accurate.
- Translating survey data into clear drawings and details in AutoCAD — your maps guide the magic.
- Double-checking as-builts, cross-referencing site changes, and updating plans to keep everyone in sync.
- Troubleshooting site challenges as they arise (because no two days are ever quite the same).
- Keeping detailed records and sharing concise reports that help drive the project forward.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying — the solid foundations.
- Hands-on experience (3–5 years ideal, but fresh graduates ready to dive in are welcome too).
- Skillful with Total Station, Level, GPS, and AutoCAD.
- Comfortable communicating your findings clearly — whether it’s to a site foreman or a client.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous exposure to landscape or irrigation project environments.
- A keen eye for detail, with a knack for solving on-the-ground puzzles.
- Willingness to work outdoors — and embrace a bit of sand along the way.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary package plus annual performance bonuses.
- Work-life balance: standard hours and consideration for your free time.
- Supportive, collaborative team — you’ll never feel like “just another number.”
