About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for an opportunity to take your real estate or facilities skills to the next level — and do it right in the heart of Dubai? We’re seeking a Leasing Officer and a Facility Manager to join our growing team based in Business Bay. Whether you thrive on building tenant relationships or ensuring operations run like clockwork, this could be your next career move. With competitive salaries, solid benefits, and the chance to make a difference in one of the city’s fastest-growing districts, this isn’t your everyday office job.

About the Company

We’re a recruitment agency with a simple mission: match driven professionals with roles where they can truly shine. Our clients run some of the most exciting residential and commercial properties in Dubai, and we believe that the right team is the backbone of exceptional tenant experiences. Our office is a blend of energetic collaboration and light-hearted banter—don’t be surprised if someone breaks out the karak chai by 3pm. Yes, we work hard, but we genuinely enjoy seeing each other succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a Leasing Officer:

    • Guide prospective tenants through property viewings, always with a welcoming, consultative approach.
    • Negotiate lease terms, prepare contracts, and handle documentation from start to finish (attention to detail is your superpower).
    • Foster and maintain excellent tenant relationships, fielding questions and resolving concerns with patience and professionalism.
    • Stay on top of occupancy rates and help develop creative strategies to attract new tenants.
    • Keep up with market trends in Business Bay to ensure pricing and offerings stay competitive.
  • As a Facility Manager:

    • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building facilities (think scheduling repairs, inspections, and keeping things humming).
    • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers—you’re the point person who never lets the ball drop.
    • Conduct routine inspections to spot issues before they become problems (proactive beats reactive any day).
    • Maintain up-to-date facility records and compliance documentation.
    • Rapidly respond to emergency situations, troubleshooting and solving issues efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Currently residing in the UAE—ready to interview and jump in quickly.
    • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or facility operations (even if it was a bit different, tell us how it connects!).
    • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a welcome bonus).
    • Comfortable using MS Office and property management software.
    • Problem-solving mindset and a natural knack for customer service.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Prior work in Business Bay or similar fast-paced environments.
    • A friendly persistence—sometimes those deals or repairs need an extra nudge!

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Salaries ranging from AED 4,000 to 9,000—with room to grow as you succeed.
  • Two-year residency visa support so you can settle in securely.
  • Comprehensive health insurance, because your wellbeing matters.
  • Housing and transportation provided—for the peace of mind you deserve.
  • Opportunity to immerse yourself in Business Bay’s vibrant, fast-evolving real estate scene.
  • Team camaraderie: we believe learning and laughter go hand-in-hand, and everyone’s voice counts.
  • Steady, supportive onboarding—especially important if you’re making a fresh start in the city.

We know moving jobs is a big step. If you’re looking for a team that values your initiative and roots for your growth, we think you’ll be happy here. (Please note: there is an application fee associated with this recruitment process.)
