What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing all lifting operations at Wafra Square Tower—think of yourself as the “eyes and ears” on site when it comes to safety.
  • Coordinating with crane operators, riggers, and site managers to plan each lift with meticulous attention to load, environment, and risk.
  • Inspecting lifting equipment regularly and ensuring certifications are up to date.
  • Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings to keep everyone in the loop and hazards at bay.
  • Troubleshooting on the fly—if something’s not right, you’ll know it and fix it before it becomes a problem.
  • Keeping detailed records of lifts, incidents, and inspections for compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Being flexible about site locations—sometimes, a project calls for a change of scenery within the Emirates.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, Heavy Equipment & Machinery, or EPC projects.
  • Certified Lifting Supervisor credentials from ADNOC, TUV, LEEA, or other approved training providers.
  • A practical, detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to safety.
  • Willingness to relocate anywhere within the UAE, depending on project needs.
  • Solid communication skills—clear, calm, and direct, especially when the pressure’s on.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with multinational project teams or diverse workforce environments.
  • Working knowledge of local UAE safety regulations and standards.
  • Basic proficiency in tools for digital reporting or site management.
