About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you the kind of person who can spot a safer way to lift a load at a glance? We’re on the lookout for a Lifting Supervisor who’s ready to jump in right away and take the lead at Wafra Square Tower. If you thrive in dynamic environments—especially those where heavy equipment, machinery, and construction all come together—this could be your next career move. With immediate availability needed and the opportunity to make a real impact, this role stands out for those who like to see projects through from start to safe finish.

About the Company

Here, we don’t just move heavy things—we move projects forward. Our team brings together some of the most skilled professionals in the Oil & Gas and construction sectors, all working across the Emirates. While our standards are sky-high (safety and precision are non-negotiable), our culture is refreshingly down-to-earth. Expect teamwork, open communication, and a few inside jokes about who can tie the neatest knot. We’re growing fast and believe that every supervisor is key to that momentum.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing all lifting operations at Wafra Square Tower—think of yourself as the “eyes and ears” on site when it comes to safety.
  • Coordinating with crane operators, riggers, and site managers to plan each lift with meticulous attention to load, environment, and risk.
  • Inspecting lifting equipment regularly and ensuring certifications are up to date.
  • Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings to keep everyone in the loop and hazards at bay.
  • Troubleshooting on the fly—if something’s not right, you’ll know it and fix it before it becomes a problem.
  • Keeping detailed records of lifts, incidents, and inspections for compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Being flexible about site locations—sometimes, a project calls for a change of scenery within the Emirates.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, Heavy Equipment & Machinery, or EPC projects.
  • Certified Lifting Supervisor credentials from ADNOC, TUV, LEEA, or other approved training providers.
  • A practical, detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to safety.
  • Willingness to relocate anywhere within the UAE, depending on project needs.
  • Solid communication skills—clear, calm, and direct, especially when the pressure’s on.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with multinational project teams or diverse workforce environments.
  • Working knowledge of local UAE safety regulations and standards.
  • Basic proficiency in tools for digital reporting or site management.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 7,000–10,000, paid promptly.
  • Free accommodation and meals—less stress, more focus on the job.
  • Be at the heart of iconic projects with real impact in the region.
  • Diverse team that values safety and camaraderie—your voice matters here.
  • Opportunities for ongoing training, certification upgrades, and career growth.
  • A supportive environment where successes are shared (and so are the occasional team dinners).

If you’re ready to step into a vital role with a company that treats its supervisors like the professionals they are, you’ll feel right at home with us.
