What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating new real estate listings on major UAE property portals with complete, correct, and enticing information
  • Updating and refreshing existing listings, keeping every detail—from pricing to amenities—accurate and up to date
  • Double-checking compliance with portal guidelines and local regulations (nobody likes rejection emails, right?)
  • Coordinating closely with sales and leasing teams to gather property details, photos, and required documents
  • Monitoring the performance of each listing and suggesting improvements (from photo order to catchy headlines)
  • Troubleshooting listing errors or issues, and following up until they’re resolved
  • Maintaining clear records and logs, so nothing falls through the cracks

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with real estate listings in the UAE
    • Solid understanding of major property portals (think Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)

    • Ability to sync and coordinate with sales teams under time pressure
