About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Think of yourself as the orchestrator behind the curtain — the person who makes every event run like clockwork. As our next Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the calm in the storm at our Dubai Investment Park 2 warehouses, ensuring that everything from custom event stands to the latest AV tech arrives on time and ready for action. If you find satisfaction in transforming chaos into smooth operations (and maybe appreciate a color-coded logistics spreadsheet as much as a good cup of coffee), then this is your kind of challenge.
About the Company
We’re a fast-growing event production company with an eye for detail and a reputation for delivering memorable experiences across Dubai (and beyond). Our home base at Dubai Investment Park 2 is a hive of activity where warehouse meets creativity — on any given day, you’ll find us masterminding buzzing exhibitions, intimate launches, and headline-grabbing live shows. We believe in team lunches, quick laughs between deadlines, and rolling up our sleeves together when the big projects roll in. Above all, we’re passionate about making every event (big or small) feel seamless — for our clients, and for our crew.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating every logistical aspect of event production, from warehouse to venue, making sure nothing gets left behind or delayed.
- Creating detailed schedules for deliveries, set-up, and breakdown — adjusting plans in real time when things (inevitably) shift.
- Overseeing inventory of event stands, AV equipment, and other essentials, including sourcing and prepping gear for upcoming projects.
- Liaising closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and onsite crew, making sure everyone’s on the same page (and in the right place at the right time).
- Problem-solving on your feet — if a truck is stuck in traffic or a piece of kit goes missing, you jump into action without breaking a sweat.
- Keeping communication flowing between account managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure expectations (and realities!) are left perfectly aligned.
- Maintaining accurate logs and reports so nothing slips between the cracks.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or events (bonus points if you’ve juggled all three).
- Solid organizational skills, with an eye for spotting potential snags before they become showstoppers.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple moving parts — sometimes quite literally!
- Comfort with inventory software, spreadsheets, and the occasional WhatsApp group that pings past midnight.
- English fluency; professional written and verbal communication.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with AV equipment or exhibition stand components.
- Experience working in the events industry in Dubai or the UAE.
- A UAE driver’s license.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary, with overtime pay for event crunch periods.
- A collaborative, supportive team that truly values each person’s contribution.
- Opportunities to grow — whether that’s expanding into new event types or moving into a senior logistics or operations role.
- Onsite kitchen and casual break areas at our DIP 2 warehouse — lunch is usually a team affair.
- The satisfaction of seeing your work come to life at some of the UAE’s top venues.
- We respect your off-hours (except when it’s all hands on deck for the big ones — but we balance it right after).
We value people who care, who notice the details, and who aren’t afraid to speak up with an idea (or a better way of doing things). If you love making events happen behind the scenes, you might find your “work family” here.
