What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on which role you step into, here’s what your days might look like:
Logistics Assistant
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations with attention to detail.
- Track shipments, update inventory records, and ensure paperwork is spot-on.
- Liaise with drivers and vendors to keep schedules—and spirits—on track.
- Respond to internal queries and help troubleshoot on-the-ground snags.
Logistics Executive
- Oversee import/export documentation and coordinate customs clearance.
- Negotiate rates with suppliers for maximum value.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure goods arrive on time, every time.
- Recommend process tweaks to boost efficiency and save costs.
Logistics Manager
- Lead and motivate a hard-working logistics team, setting clear goals and priorities.
- Develop and refine logistics strategies to keep us competitive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, warehouses, and key partners.
- Dive into ops reports to identify and fix recurring bottlenecks.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Experience in a relevant logistics, supply chain, or operations role (level depends on position).
- Excellent communication in both Arabic and English.
- Solid understanding of documentation, customs, and shipment processes.
- Currently inside the UAE, and eligible to work locally.
- Arab nationality.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous work in a fast-paced, multicultural logistics setting.
- Strong negotiation or team leadership skills (especially for Executive/Manager).
- Familiarity with modern logistics software or ERP systems.
