What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of our facilities, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries
- Overseeing inventory management, and tracking parts and products from arrival to final delivery
- Liaising with suppliers, transport companies, warehouse teams, and sometimes even customers to smooth out logistics kinks
- Managing and optimizing daily transport schedules with company vehicles
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation for shipments, customs, and compliance, with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactively identifying snags in the supply chain and implementing practical solutions
- Reporting regularly on logistics performance and making suggestions for efficiency improvements
- Staying updated with UAE logistics regulations and labor laws to keep operations compliant and risk-free
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience (ideally 2+ years) in logistics management, warehousing, or supply chain coordination
- Familiarity with UAE logistics procedures and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and analytical skills—think: natural problem solver
- Proficiency in basic logistics software or inventory management tools
- Confident communicator in English (bonus points for Arabic or Hindi/Urdu)
Nice-to-Haves:
