What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of our facilities, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries
  • Overseeing inventory management, and tracking parts and products from arrival to final delivery
  • Liaising with suppliers, transport companies, warehouse teams, and sometimes even customers to smooth out logistics kinks
  • Managing and optimizing daily transport schedules with company vehicles
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation for shipments, customs, and compliance, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactively identifying snags in the supply chain and implementing practical solutions
  • Reporting regularly on logistics performance and making suggestions for efficiency improvements
  • Staying updated with UAE logistics regulations and labor laws to keep operations compliant and risk-free

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Previous experience (ideally 2+ years) in logistics management, warehousing, or supply chain coordination
    • Familiarity with UAE logistics procedures and regulatory requirements
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills—think: natural problem solver
    • Proficiency in basic logistics software or inventory management tools
    • Confident communicator in English (bonus points for Arabic or Hindi/Urdu)
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
    • UAE driving license
