What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our supply chain, from procurement to final delivery
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods
- Troubleshooting delays and bottlenecks — and keeping everyone in the loop when plans change
- Monitoring inventory levels and making decisions about restocking and storage
- Analyzing logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement (think: “How can we do this better next time?”)
- Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
- Collaborating with other departments to forecast demand and plan resources accordingly
- Training and mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices along the way
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English — other languages are a plus)
- Confident with numbers, and comfortable using basic logistics and inventory management software
- Valid UAE residency (applications open to all nationalities currently residing in the UAE)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC market
