What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and leading a diverse team of drivers, ensuring daily schedules are met and exceeded
- Coordinating pick-ups, drop-offs, and delivery timelines for multiple client accounts
- Troubleshooting issues on the ground as they arise — think of yourself as command center and coach
- Analyzing delivery performance data and identifying areas to improve efficiency or service reliability
- Maintaining up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, driver logs, and compliance with UAE transport regulations
- Developing new systems or processes as needed to streamline operations
- Collaborating closely with clients and other departments to ensure high service standards and quick resolutions to challenges
- Training and mentoring new team members to uphold our commitment to safe, timely deliveries
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management — ideally in the UAE
- Strong organizational skills and a cool head under pressure
- Comfortable managing a diverse team, with effective people skills and diplomacy
- Solid grasp of local traffic laws, logistical challenges, and best industry practices
- Ability to adapt quickly and keep multiple priorities moving forward
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with digital logistics platforms or GPS tracking tools
- Experience coordinating with 3PLs or similar client-facing roles
- Previous training or certifications in transportation management
