What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clientele into the gallery and making them feel at ease, whether they’re browsing or shopping for a special occasion
- Actively consulting with clients to understand their event, style preferences, and existing wardrobe, then recommending stunning evening and party gowns
- Managing fittings and alterations with meticulous attention — you’ll handle pins and fabrics with the confidence of a true professional
- Ensuring every customer leaves exuding confidence (sometimes it’s about the dress, but just as often, it’s how you make them feel!)
- Handling all aspects of high-value sales — from initial consultation to the final “wow” moment at collection
- Keeping the gallery impeccably presented, from window displays to stock organization
- Following up with clients post-purchase, cultivating loyal shoppers who come to you for every big occasion
- Staying updated on luxury fashion trends, new arrivals, and exclusive events our gallery is hosting
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Genuine experience managing retail sales in a luxury, fashion-forward setting
- Expertise in styling, fittings, and garment alterations — your pins and tape measure are never far
- Impeccable customer service skills; you know how to read the room and elevate each interaction

- Fluent English communication (Arabic is a lovely bonus)
- Residency in the UAE with a transferable visa
